Orders are generally processed within 48 hours. Custom and personalised items are printed to order, so allow 5 days before dispatch.
Once posted, Australia Post delivery usually takes 3-5 days. Timeframes are estimates from Australia Post and aren’t guaranteed.
Total time from order to arrival is roughly 8-10 days for custom items.
You’ll get a tracking email at the address on your order as soon as it ships.
Australia only. We don’t currently ship internationally.
Once your order has left us, Australia Post handles it. For questions about where a parcel is or when it will arrive, contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number they can see more than we can.
If a parcel hasn’t arrived after 5 business days past the expected date, email us and we’ll open an investigation with Australia Post.
If you’ve made a mistake with your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible at info@badpets.net.au. We’ll do what we can with Australia Post to retrieve the order and update the details, but we can’t guarantee it once the parcel is in transit.
Once an order has been sent, you’re responsible for shipping charges incurred. If an order is refused on delivery or cancelled while in transit, both the outgoing and return shipping costs will be charged.
