We deliver via Australia Post. For all orders under $100, we charge a flat rate of $9.99 per order. No shipping charges will be added for orders over $100.
A tracking email will be sent to the email address submitted with the order when the order ships.

Once an order has been sent from Bad Pets, customers are responsible for all shipping charges incurred. If an order is refused by the customer or cancelled during transit, the customer will be charged outgoing and return shipping charges.
